"Hours of operation posted as opening at 10am drove a distance to get here. Once here at 10:30 lights just came on and looks like she’s counting in the register sees me and does not acknowledge me. If you can’t open at 10am change your hours to 11am and don’t waste everyone’s time, just like your companies my time is valuable too!! I have to stick around because of the drive otherwise I would just leave! Update: apparently hours of operation is 11am but the web states 10am, I don’t believe for one minute that the staff at this location nor the supervisors will make any attempt to correct the hours on the web. They just don’t care about the inconvenience of the customer only for themselves!"

"They have two dressing rooms that are open for trying on clothing. I came here to do a return which they did very fast and I also ended up buying a new pair of corduroy pants. Friendly service. Only issue I have is that they didn’t have many options for ‘long’ pants."

"My wife's loves Lucky brand clothes. I bought her several items for xmas, sadly, several items didn't fit as I had hoped so my wife went to exchange them in the Ontario Mills Lucky location(I bought them here as well). A lady named Melanie R. was so rude it was shocking. She acted like she was doing a favor by returning or exchanging the clothes that didn't fit. It was so bad that our daughter's got visibly upset by the treatment of their mom. Melanie R. has no business dealing with the public. She kept saying "I'll do it this time" when all we wanted was to exchange the unworn items for ones that actually fit. BTW..my wife had the receipt and all tags. Melanie R was so unprofessional that my wife just had the money put back on my credit card and we will shop elsewhere. There is no secret or something we are not telling you..it was just the worst customer service ever by someone who clearly doesn't value their customers or her job so she doesn't deserve either."
