"This place is so disorganized, I order online for pick up and I get an email that my order is ready and each time there is always an issue. The customer service here is horrible, I wait in my car only to get 2/4 items that I ordered. And then I get asked if I want to come in or wait 15 min because someone is on lunch. Maybe this function should be turned off if you do not have enough people working or hire better, kinder employees that look into it all before coming out with my order."

"Great Carter's store! The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean and organized. They have a sma drawing station for the older kids right by the registers. They also have a couple of fitting rooms to try on clothes. They have a pretty large baby selection for both boys and girls which is great. They always have some sort of sale going on, and the clearance section is in the back right and left of the store for girls and boys."

"I love carter's. However when I walked into the store I want greeted or welcomed. Valerie instead went straight to the door to close it. She complained how she didn't like people pressing the handicap button to open the door, because it takes to long to close. She kept insisting on the door closing. When the door finally closed she locked us all inside which is a fire hazard. I pressed the handicap button it's there for a reason. Impolite, unprofessional and I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Perhaps the San clemente location. Sad when you go somewhere and their employees suck you just walk right out...."

"Staff is always really friendly and there are tons of sales on actually cute baby clothes. I probably go here too much, but babies grow like weeds, so having an affordable option for quality clothes is awesome."
