"The store is alright but girls at the counter need to know what customer service is about. Had a bad experience more than a few times. We bought some clothes and I wanted a hanger for one of my shirts as I was gonna wear it as soon as I reach San Diego so didn't want to fold it. Girl just refuse to give me hanger that came with my shirt. In a rude way she said it's the policy of the store, I just needed one and I offered to pay for it and also explained to her the situation but she would not understand it and the answers are so robotic, it's unbelievable. The second time, we bought some clothes. Instead of folding properly the girl was just rolling them and throwing them in the bag. I told her to stop and give me clothes so I can fold it. I didn't ask her to fold better or was angry about it. I paid, folded my clothes on my side and when she gave me a receipt, I thanked her but I returned she didn't thank me and looked at me as if I did something wrong. Train your moody teenagers and teach them what customer service is about. People buy clothes with their hard earned money so respect it and don't roll it and throw their clothes."

"Slim/skinny fit seems to be the store policy in men’s trousers. Also, sizes on store tags did not match sizes sewn in waistband. Men walk to another floor to find their fitting room downstairs."

"I would never shop there after my experience today and being racially profiled. There were several shoppers who left out of the store empty handed yet my family is the only one discussed over the walkie talkie due to not making a purchase. Little did they know my cousin was in the fitting room while they were describing what we were wearing and sharing our location in the store and overheard everything. Definitely a turn off."
