"Hollister is an ok store. It is geared towards teens and tweens. It's my go to store for my kids' outerwears and hoodies. Quality is superb. The associates were friendly and accommodating, but I wouldn't go in store to shop. Their design of the store is nice but not for everyone. It's so enclosed and I feel I'm suffocated when crowded. I'd rather shop online and pick up in store when I can't fulfill minimum order to ship free. That way it saves me time to search and fit. I use stores for online returns and pick up only."
"So went in and a lady working there was helpful but when I went to pay there was about 3 workers just standing there talking while I waited i was the only one in line I kind of had to walk up because I didn’t hear anybody say anything so I paid and the receipt had already came out she had just barely took off the censors so I was just kind of waiting there while she talked to the other employees and at least 3 mins goes by she’s barely putting them in and still talking !! I’ve never stood at a register for more then five mins and btw I only had 2 items ! Horrible service !!!"
