"My two daughters came into the store to shop today at 4:30pm. There was two managers and a girl working the register who had just started. A homeless man walked up to them and asked them to purchase him a pair of pants because he was cold. My daughters have jobs and a roof over their head so they felt obligated as to not escalate the situation. They told the managers what had happened and they did NOTHING. They were not even aware that this was occurring in their store! At the very least they should have called mall management instead just told them they did a good thing. With no other customers in the store, how did these two so called managers have no idea of a homeless man approaching their customers begging for clothes. This is unacceptable for management of any kind!"
