"Went in looking for a suit. The person in the store wsa was an older man with ponytail made no effort whatsoever to provide help. Looked down on me as if I didn't belong there. I asked questions about suits and his answers were very short and vague. After that decided to leave and take my money somewhere else. Bad customer service to say the least."

"My husband and I had a very pleasant experience shopping here for him. The salesperson who helped us was a wonderful young lady named Halla! She is the suit and tie whisperer! She was so quick to skillfully pick out the perfect ties and shirt combinations to go with 3 different suits my husband picked out. She really is fantastic! We bought 3 suits, 3 different colored shirts, and a bunch of ties to mix and match it all up, plus some fun socks. It will appear that he has a lot more than 3 suits with all the combinations we will be able to come up with. I took pictures of each one as she was putting them together on the table. That way, we can remember them when my husband picks out an outfit to wear. Another added benefit at this store is they have a tailor on-site, and she is really sweet. Once you are finished picking everything out, there are dressing rooms right there, and you can meet with the tailor. There are 2 platform areas surrounded by mirrors where the tailor will check everything for hemming and any other alterations, while you can check in all sides of the mirrors to make sure it is to your liking. The alterations do cost extra, but it is necessary if you don't know a professional seamstress to do all that for you. It is also extremely convenient to just get it all done there in one shot. Another thing, we had to go back to pick up another item at a later date, and a gentleman with a ponytail, I didn't get his name, was very helpful in getting my husband the right size shirt. I was a little put off by his seriousness at first but then found him to be just all business, very knowledgeable about men's clothes, and very helpful to us! We almost purchased the wrong sizes in 3 shirts, and he had my husband try some on instead of just going by what he always wears. It was good we did because we found out he needed smaller sizes of the modern fit because they tend to run a little bigger. We would have never dreamed my husband would wear that size. So, always take a little extra time to try things on, if necessary. We live an hour away, so it would have been very inconvenient to have to return things. I highly recommend this place for men's suits and still at a very reasonable price (150.00 per suit, which includes jacket and pants) even though they do not have the triple package deal any longer.
