"Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Been in the industry 25+ years never leave reviews but super disappointed. The girls in store are super sweet and trying to do their job but they could not seem to get a hold of management or had no way of navigating a return due to diligence on customer service department. There was no phone number but told me to email and have yet no follow up. It is beyond the sweet employees and upper mgmt and ownership is the worst I have ever experienced. Guess I will take my future business elsewhere. Thank you NORDSTROM for being loyal to your consumers!!!!!"

"Took my granddaughter here last month for her birthday because she wanted to come here for her birthday gift, I noticed that the sales people were rude, the only good thing was they gave her a beach bag for her birthday, now it's July and I take my 1st born granddaughter and still the sales people were very rude and when I asked if she could get a free beach bag for her birthday that plainly said no, I told them that my other granddaughter got one last month the young lady just looked like she didn't care a bit. Well it will be the last time I'll spend my money with this company. I only gave them 1 star because of the first beach bag otherwise it would have been minus 1 star."

"Despite being the smallest Aviator Nation store that I’ve been to, the Laguna beach location is nothing short of awesome. They are always stocked up on Sweatpants and Sweatshirts and now I’ve seen them recently incorporating tees and workout wear into the back of the store which used to be exclusively Kids fashion. I adore the employees who work at this location because I swear I could talk to them for hours. They are so friendly and sweet and love the products they’re selling just as much as I love buying them!"
