"We shopped for 2 days and 30 different stores from Newport Beach to Laguna Beach, looking for the perfect graduation dress for our daughter, and this was literally the last store we stopped in. We were about to retire into our Hotel and we spied Mimi and Rae's from across the street. Exhausted but determined to leave no store unturned, we walked down to the cross walk and crossed over and back down to this cute little store. I was going to stay outside and wait for my daughter and wife to come out empty handed, when I heard Mimi beckoning me in to wait in a comfortable chair. She offered us refreshments and great conversation while she offered up her favorite dresses to my daughter. Low and behold, this was the magical dress and the end of our long hunt! Hands down best shopping experience I've ever had. Please support this wonderful woman and daughter owned business with great taste in fashion and wonderful hospitality! They also research their vendors with an eye toward working conditions and ethics."
