"This experience was so long ago, (March 21, 2023) maybe the person working there was having a bad day. I have not been able to stop thinking about it, seeing that the pieces I bought from this store are now tarnishing. My partner and I walked into the store and were not greeted. Which is fine. When the person working came out of wherever she was, she didn’t ask if we needed help and just let us shop around. When I brought up necklaces to the counter I had a specific question of what king of pearls the necklaces had, because of the price point and the appearance (also I don’t know every variation of fake pearl). Her answer was extremely snarky and sharp. I then asked if her jewelry was gold plated, she stated yes. It is now December, pieces of gold plated jewelry that I have bought from other stores, at lower price points have lasted significantly longer than these $80+ pieces that were sold to me at AMENAH. In conclusion I think that whoever was working that day was really rude and hope they have had a better year."
