"I LOVE shopping at COVO! I always get the best and most personal service from Bobby and his staff. Everyone is so helpful and if there is something they don’t have they make it a priority to get it for me and have it delivered to my home so I don’t have to make an extra trip back down from LA. I’ve been shopping here for quite some time and all of my pieces including my handbags have stood the test of time, which goes to show that they only select the best brands to carry in the store. I’ll definitely be back again very soon! Thank you Bobby and staff for another amazing shopping experience!"

"The employees have poor marketing skills, and their sales tactics completely ruined the experience for me when shopping at this store. Originally, I came in a few months ago just to look around and found a dress that I liked. I went inside a dressing room to try it on, and still wasn’t sure if I was going to buy it. From the moment I walked into the store, I was constantly approached by the owner and another woman who were persistent on helping me find outfits to try on. At first, it was nice of them; when they wouldn’t stop, it honestly became a very uncomfortable environment. When I came out from the dressing room, they were still very persistent and I was barely able to explain that I won’t be buying the dress because they kept talking over me and convincing me to buy it. At the cashier stand, I tried looking for the store policy on exchanges and returns but literally could not locate any noticeable sign or paper. What seriously bothered me was that I was obviously trying to look for it, to which I was met with constant conversation and distraction from the owner trying to ask me personal questions and talking about himself while the other lady took my card and confirmed the transaction. I sincerely felt like I was cornered into buying the dress when I clearly didn’t want it that much. Additionally, to my disappointment—it was revealed to me that sales are final and I can only receive store credit when I returned another day to get refunded on the dress. The employee pulled out the store policy sign, literally hidden behind the countertop and explained that she couldn’t refund me because of policy. This particular employee was really kind, however I am genuinely outraged as a result from this situation. I returned after a couple of months to use my store credit and buy some things that I like, but I am not happy with my experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not be coming back, as the one star goes to the very few pieces of items that I was able to find and enjoy."
