She represented a company that was empathetic to my situation and listed a handful of options (i.e., different colors, reordering when it is back in stock). The experience was transformed. This company and their representatives prove to have great character; when it came down to it, the wrong was righted -- quickly. Original: First time customer. Placed an order in this store and received email confirmation. Waited patiently for 3 weeks before calling customer service. Apparently it never shipped and they can’t reship it—now it’s out of stock. Agent was unaccommodating, apart from the refund. Got the short end of the stick from this business. Didn’t feel very good."
