"Cooked my food fresh and fast. Very clean and so is the women's restroom that is for customers only. You must let them know if you want to use it so they can hit the buzzer to let you in. Friendly staff as well. Gave me a water cup when I asked, free of charge."

"I normally have a great experience at Jack, in but I think I may have gotten there a little early at 5:30 a.m. the window guy looked tired. My b-fast sandwich was cold and squished but the coffee and hash brown was awesome!!"

"For the most part, employees are fast & friendly. There was one manager who decided to lock down the lobby yesterday BEFORE closing, preventing several would-be customers from entering & spending money. Bad business from one guy aside, great people & good food. Can't go wrong with their Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Egg Rolls, Salads & Full Breakfast Menu served all day! I'm a fan! :)"

"This place is bad. The staff have become the riftraft that surrounds here. The happy guy in there isn't happy he is miserable and it shows. Taking his situation out on customers should not be an option. The pin pad was defective yet he refused to use the other one. Then the guy with the EBT card behind was allowed to use the other pads. Seemed weird, but it was jealousy and hate.. but from a... When you come out of the closet..don't think you're more than anyone in a protected class. Things are different outside of San Diego. Bad service he refused to run my card a second time.. that was discriminatory. We gone let the law decide"
