"Whomp burger fell flat of expectations from seeing all these high reviews. I assumed it would have fixins so regular Whomp Burger seemed naked. $13 for a size of In & Out burger without any fixings is pricey. Small burger shop but seatings are available inside and outside. May try again for the Happy Hour deal but first experience was just ok. 2.8/5 ⭐️"

"Stopped in randomly on Saturday night for a quick meal and we have definitely found our new favorite burger spot! Solid 10/10. The burgers were juicy, flavorful and cooked perfectly. The staff was incredibly nice and it was affordable. Dangerous that we live right down the street!"

"Whomp burger fell flat of expectations. Assumed it would have fixins so it seemed naked. I would have been fine with that but the patty was not juicy or flavorful. Chicken sandwich was a little dry as well. Ranch was good so that saved it a little bit. Woman at front was very friendly and helpful. Ranch was good. Fries and chicken strips were good. Parking was available. May try again cause we live 3 mins away but first experience wasn’t very good."

"From a food and quality standpoint - the whomp burger is delicious, flavorful, thoughtful and CONSISTENT. I’ve dined here several times enough to know that I ALWAYS get a 10/10 burger and fries. From a service standpoint - this small team is always diligent, friendly and happy. I am definitely not being biased cause I’m local in OB but man am I grateful to have this establishment in my neighborhood!!! This is not just another mediocre burger joint in OB. It is a hidden gem that deserves your patronage!!!"
