"Associates and cashier's are rude near closing time. Manager on shift this evening did nothing. Embarrassing and insulting to try and spend money here and have the worst customer service just because it's close to closing."

"I was at the store today making a pretty big purchase. When the cashier, named Vincent called me over I walked up and said “hello”. It was definitely loud enough for him to hear because he looked me dead in my eyes and didn’t say anything. He then proceeded to engage in very long conversations with his coworkers ringing items up soooo slow!! I didn’t even mind him talking to his coworkers and moving slow, it’s just the simple fact that he did not even speak OR say one word to me during my entire transaction. At least speak when the customer speaks to you especially when they’re spending a lot of money!"

"TJ Maxx is a great store to shop at. They have all kind of cute little seasonal items. I love shopping there, especially there is a very nice customer helper who is very ,very nice older lady ,african american she has been taking care of TJ Max store forever ( give her a raise TJ Maxx) that lady works hard every time I come there.So does the other workers! But , she stands out. I love your store keep up the good work of bringing items the public loves."

"A smaller TJ Maxx than normal. Shopping at TJ is equal parts looking for stuff you wanted and bumping into thing you did not walk in to buy but do any way. This store is a bit more messy than usual, with the linen section hard to look through. They have a decent collection of chest of drawers and other small furniture. Checkout was pretty fast, even with a sort of crowded store."
