"Another great experience here. This time I had a fairly new tire that was gouged and had to be replaced. Everything was easy from the first call - when they could get me in, whether I needed to be there when the towed car was dropped off (no), when they could get the tire from one of their other locations, what could they do if the wheel was damaged (fortunately not). They kept me updated at every step and got the replacement done the same day at a seemingly fair price. This is my go-to for tires."

"This is my first review I have ever written , and I cant speak highly enough of East Bay Tire Company in San Rafael . They are warm and welcoming from the minute you walk in to the time you leave . You are greeted by the friendly receptionist with the beautiful blue eyes , who immediately makes you feel well cared for . I came in on an emergency basis the day before a three day weekend with a flat tire and they took care of me at that very moment . All I could think of was" how much is this going to cost me ". I am forever grateful for there prompt care and outstanding customer service from each and every person that helped me . Thank you. !!!!
