"Lately this location has been failing on the quality of food. The portions are less than what the image shows on the website and poster’s. The employees are more focused on lowering their time on the drive-thru than making sure of getting the order correct or following the proper food temperature."

"Having worked for Taco Bell for over 3 years, I know what to expect from them. My visit to the Beaumont store was a complete shock. First of all when I entered the store the employees were very loud and using vulgar language. Luckily for them there was no one in the dining area. I was directed to the Kiosk area to order my food. ( new concept? ) Not a fan considering it takes away that one on one interaction with people. While I was waiting for my food I was watching how the employees ran their show. I was quite disappointed. Four workers that I could see with no one in dining area and 1-2 cars in drive and they couldn't even keep the place clean. On top of that they all at one point took out their iphones and proceeded to use them during business hours. What a disgrace! I did get my food and it was good, that's not the issue. The issue is with how they reflect bad work ethics and think its ok. Whoever was the shift manager that night should feel shame."

"If you want to walk in and do all the work it's a great place. I prefer when I go into a location to not have to actually do all the work of a cashier. These kiosk are taking jobs from people including the teenagers that need to learn how to interact with people and handle money."

"The young gentleman there was very polite and very helpful. The only thing they messed up was I paid extra on two tacos for extra cheese which I did not get and it was .75 cents each taco for extra cheese. That is crazy. But it also needed tables to be cleaner. Please read each customers orders and get it correct."
