"The ladies are kind and helpful, however the clothes are very misleading. They are soft and nice but after washing a pair of leggings on gentle, they came out with fuzzies all over like the pants were years old. The long sweaters that are incredibly soft shed all over your other clothes! For the price, this is absolutely ridiculous. The 1 star is for the clothes."

They have developed and instituted a new piece of technology resembling a bra that you put on in-store and it determines your exact size and which garments would be best for you.
