"I was hesitant to leave a 4 star. I'm visiting from out of town for a special event. The zipper on the dress I was going to wear broke. My sister in law asked the owner if she could fix it because it was last minute. The owner said she could, which I was grateful for and was not expecting she could. When I brought it in at the exact time she told me to be there, she seemed bother that I came. She said she was busy today, understandably so, and couldn't have it ready early, which was also understandable. My issue is that she proceeded to ask me if I was sure that the dress even fit me. She scolded me because I didn't bring the dress on a hanger and that It was wrinkled (I brought it in a suitcase and would steam on my own). I said thank you, and she didn't respond. When I picked it up, she didn't even acknowledge me, and when I said thank you again, she didn't respond. The other woman working there did reply and was very nice. I will say she did finish it before the time she said, and it was well done, and really good price. The unprofessional comments were not needed"
