"Very disappointed to see Andy (best chef) gone. The only reason to eat at this place was for his special, delicious, unique Sushi, and friendly personality. The way this place treats its employees is a joke and not to mention illegal! I will not be going back to this establishment."

"The owners don’t pay their employees and then fire them and with hold pay. They are going to be in a lot of trouble. They also have a ton of code violations they don’t want you to know about. I highly suggest going somewhere else. We love Gin sushi. Better service and food"

"On 12/3/23, we went to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We were seated and then a group of about 10 people came in right after us who knew some of the cooks. We waited more than 10 minutes and no one came to take our order but the employees were loudly having a blast with their friends in the bar area. I could see other tables didn’t get service either and seemed annoyed as well. We waited a few more minutes then just got up and left. Thanks for ruining our daughter’s birthday dinner! She really wanted sushi."

"I am rating Hana sushi two stars due to the fact that two people in our party have severe allergies to spicy food and we made that very clear to our waitress and even asked when ordering each item if they were spicy and she assured us that everything we ordered would not be spicy at all. When our food arrived we confirmed again that the food would not be spicy and she assured us that it was not upon eating two of the green muscles I was convinced that it had to be spicy so I had someone else try it and they agreed it was pricey so we asked her again and she called over a manager and the manager said yes we use spicy mayo but it’s mild. The manager had a very bad attitude. I asked the waitress to remove the green muscles from the bill because they are spicy and I can’t eat them she called the manager over again and we had to explain again that we can not eat spicy food. She was sooooo rude. I had to explain our allergies in detail, absolutely ridiculous. They ended up only removing 3 muscles from the bill. They also wouldn’t split our check like we asked. The salmon belly was 10 out of 10, the oysters were great but they added Sriracha on top even though we asked for nothing spicy. Food was like 7.5-8 out of 10 Service 2 Attitude was off the charts and for that reason I wouldn’t go back."
