"My daughter ordered at this location by mistake. She called back immediately to cancel, and they would not let her. I am disabled, and she doesn’t drive. Horrible management of store. They do not work well with disabled people. Horrible environment if you are disabled. No people skills!"

"I went through the drive thru and they asked me to pull to the sketchy parking lot behind the building and wait. Took 15+ minutes and I only ordered one sandwich. They had the 2 cars ahead of me park and wait too and they're not even busy. Of course they forgot the sauce I asked for too."

"We had previously eaten at this restaurant about a year ago. The food was good but everything else was mediocre from the chaotic staff and the place was dirty. We decided to give it a try again. Wow were we pleasantly surprised. As soon as we walked in the place was spotless. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Maria the manager took our order. She was awesome. She was professional and quick. We can tell she knows how to run a restaurant. The food was delicious. The atmosphere warm and inviting and the staff seemed happy and energetic.I would highly recommend eating here when you are craving some yummy fried chicken."
