"I don't know why this location insists on making their employees stand outside and take orders in the blazing heat. That is why there is an intercom system. If they are trying to be like in-n-out it's not working. When I go through the drive thru it's because I want to minimize personal contact puting someone out by the intercom box taking orders works counter to that."
