"I LOVE going when Raquel is working. Even though I usually go to the drive thru. She ALWAYS makes sure I have all the correct sauces & ALL of my items in the bag. I stopped checking to see if my order was correct since she has been helping me. And that’s a huge thing for me. No one wants to go home just to find out their order is messed up. She’s great. The store always looks clean. Inside & out. No homeless hanging out like there use to be years ago. I know here other Del Tacos in the city, but I purposely drive to this location bcuz I know I can always count on her & her team to make my order right each time. Thank you for always doing a damn good job!"

"I'm a little confused why they have someone hang out the window and ask you to stop before getting to the window if your food isn't ready? Is this a time guarantee thing they are not upholding?"

"Service was great. I went in early early morning, & the girl, Raquel I believe her name tag said, was very pleasant. For it being so early in the morning, she was upbeat & perky, not like some who give you attitude like they hate their job. She was social, smiling & all like it was mi day. She went above & beyond to make sure my order was correct, fresh, & that I had everything I needed. That's my new Del Taco of choice."

"took 20 mins to get my order when i was the only inside order. when i went up to the counter they had my food ready in the warmer and forgot about it and was just talking the whole time while we were waiting. when i got home like 3 mins later since i live close the burger was cold and my fries were super salty."
