"Indifferent staff, but food was done quickly and mostly ok. My chicken sandwich patty was dry, dry, dry. It was seasoned well and the rest of the food was good. Nuggets, fries, baked potato all adequate."

"We stopped here on our way up to Big Bear and the staff were maybe some of the most polite and friendly people we have ever met! It wasn’t just one but several employees made sure to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. 10/10 recommend"

"Hair in my chicken wrap!!!!! Rude service no matter how hard I tried to be friendly. Felt truly rushed at the drive thru. Terrible experience from what was one of my favorite Wendy’s. This was horrible. I tried calling several times but of course no answer. These employees get paid or will be paid more than most people in harder jobs. Better service if you want repetitive business. Sad and hope for change."

"I despise the way the manager speaks to her employees. The employees are so polite and so courteous. The manager however is overly aggressive and borderline violent towards her employees. An employee was working on an order after she had sent him outside to get some boxes. She wouldn't even give him a second to wash his hands when he got back from getting the boxes outside before she started barking orders at him. She said, "do I have to tell you a second time to come get your job done. If I have to repeat myself to you again. I swear it won't be good for you." What disgusting behavior from a manager who wouldn't even let the gentleman wash his hands before she started raising her voice at him and at other employees. If she can't handle the stress of being a Manger during a rush hour without belittling the other employees then she absolutely should NOT be a manger."

"Food tastes good but what the hell? Lol someone was angry at my potato (this is how I got it). Also, they put ranch in my wrap even though the lady I ordered with repeated back to me "no ranch, got it." And I'm super bummed they got rid of the grilled chicken sandwich. But that employee who took my order was helpful, and everything tasted good."
