"Red panka restaurant is a mix of Peruvian and Mexican cuisine. In my opinion their best dish by far is Lomo Saltado and their aji (chili sauce) is very delicious. Their arroz chaufa could be better but it's the best around town. A good ceviche is always recommended if you like uncooked meat (ceviche is cooked with lemon juice). The restaurant is small-medium size and the service is fast. I would recommend this place."
"Lomo Saltado original is amazing! Ingredients are always so fresh. Meat is juicy and tender. Ceviche is really good too. My favorite place to go for lunch."
"Had an absolute blast trying this new Peruvian place. 9/10 would recommend! The three of us had a Red Panka Burrito with the chimichuri steak in it, and 2 of the noodle dishes one with chicken and one with shrimp, we also split a Red Panka Fries. Everything was excellent. The Aji sauce is bomb diggity. Looking forward to trying again."
"Sure the plate looks good, but what matters is taste as well. Fries are laid out like raisins getting dried in the sun (Not fresh at all) and seems lil old. Meat isn't really fresh you could tell on the first bite seems likes its soaked in cooking oil. I've eaten many places that served Lomo Saltado and this by far isn't the best or even "GOOD". Cashier(Younger gentleman) I say kid seemed not to want to take any order's and had a slightly attitude on him. Hope this places changes its recipe and staff giving it a 1 star they need improvement."
"Wonder if the Peruvian people would agree that their cuisine has many similarities of those of Oriental characters and cooking methods. Fried rice and noodles are in the menu. The same spices used in Oriental cuisine could be tasted. Most interesting part is that the chef expertly used a wok to cook all their dishes."
