"Hollister has the worst return and exchange policy that I have ever experienced. This is the only clothing store that I have seen that can not look up a transaction with the credit card. The manager Chiago who looked like he was 17 years old and had maybe 200 words couldn't make a straight exchange with an unopened box of cologne which was not the one I asked for.
