"Excellent Staff. Great prices... Fresh meats not the highest quality - but good overall value. Great prices on wine specially"
"Great place to bargain, I love WinCo. One of my favorite places to go! I love love love how helpful the employees are, very welcoming! Great prices, nice and clean, and place to go for anything! 24 hour open WHAT! That's amazing! The bomb! The only store I've been going to!"
"The best grocery store we have found in the U.S. so far. Meat selection and value is just great! Coffee is fantastic. Dried fruits are awesome! Delicious candy! We love it."
"Definitely don’t go here. Unfortunately i have to give a one star rating due to customer service issues involving the customer service department. I actually love the store, i buy most my groceries here and I’m a frequent customer at this location. The issue I’m writing this review about occurred on Friday September 22 at 6:45. I walked into the store the went to the cust service area but no one was attending the area. I did notice a female manager of some sort walk away as I approached but waved it off. So i walked back to ask the gentleman at the self checkout. He was confused as to the lack of attendance to the service area and told me to wait as he called for help over the loudspeaker. I waited a minute and then the same female manager returned and looked irritated. She asked what i needed and i told her i needed my paycheck cashed. She asked if i was in the system and i told her no. Then she told me that id have to get a phone number for my company to verify the check and handed it back. This is when she started giving off a feeling of not wanting to help me. I told her the number is on the check and then she told me they’re most likely closed this time but she appeared to call (not sure if she actually did) but then she came back she said she couldn’t help me because she needed a four digit passcode that only the customer service clerk has but had already left at 6:30. Then she gave me a number to contact corporate but the phone just rang and rang. The hours for customer service clearly stated from 10am-7pm but for some reason Winco can’t figure out how to schedule workers hours to match the scheduled service hours. I honestly wouldn’t have written this review if the worker that “helped” me wouldn’t have acted like she didn’t want to help me and seemed as if she was trying to do everything possible to make me feel like I shouldn’t have been asking for the service. I returned the next day and baldy Zack the manager and big Rhonda the customer service clerk both denied to cash my check because the address from the payroll isn’t “local”.I told them I worked at iron point down the street but they refused to talk to my store manager or corporate. They basically didn’t want to help me from the beginning to the end."
