"Horrible customer service. Waited for 10 minutes for them to try & give me the wrong order. I repeated the correct name & turns out my order had been sitting to the side the entire time I was there. The 2 workers never apologized, just kept saying "I thought you said..." even after I had shown them my phone."
"Light haired female Cuts me off at drive through. Shuts window on me, and looks bothered when I ask her what I was charged for. She originally read me the wrong amount So I brushed it off. I Get home to find out I’m missing my sons fry’s. Open my Berger, it’s rare (see pic) this is here unacceptable. Never Again!"
"Took my Husband here for the first time and it did not go well. We walked in to place our order but took it to-go. The receipt showed correctly but what we unwrapped at home was not. There was only 1 other customer inside and the drive thru wasn’t packed. Far too expensive to get food orders wrong. Especially when it comes to religious dietary restriction needs."
"We had a lovely breakfast after church today. Jennifer was so nice and friendly. The service was really fast. Our fries weren’t that hot and Jennifer brought us some new ones right away. I noticed that the employees are a better quality than some other fast food restaurants. I don’t think we have ever had a bad meal here."
