"We wanted to have breakfast before our flight so we chose Spires since its close to the Ontario airport. We both wanted an all meat omelette, which is the Supreme Omelette. It includes bacon, sausage, ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions. Plus a choice of hash browns or homestyle potatoes and toast. The table service was great. Several staff came to our table to check on us and fill our coffee. We would recommed Spires, especially if you're departing or arriving @ Ontario airport."

"This place has stood through the test of time, and there is a reason my Grandma loved to eat here. They have amazing good here and whatever you do end up getting... make sure to treat yourself to a slice of pie. There is no other place that has better pies. Period. Thanks Spires!"
