"So disappointed. I enjoy Wendys now and then, but I forget that this location is awful. Management is terrible. Not only do they nickel and dime you for things that are free at other locations, but they're RUDE! I stopped for lunch today and the manager, Dawn (per the receipt - she refused to tell me her name), was so incredibly rude to my mom and I when we asked a question about the receipt. Remedial customer service training is sorely needed."
