"$3 for chips and cheese dip. That's like seven chips and what should be a free container of cheese. This thing has to cost a total of 11 cents to manufacture. Why would chips and cheese cost more than a large fry at any other fast food restaurant? They aren't cooking anything... I have no idea what's happening with fast food these days."

"They messed up our order. Not only this, their prices were outrageous. I am able to get a box with 3 items and a drink for 5, and these meals were 11-12. After ordering, they just threw it in a bag rather than putting it in their respective boxes they have in the back."

"We were in a hurry due to a family emergency, so we placed our order on the app for 2 boxes. We arrived, followed instructions but food took a while to be put together and it was not in 2 boxes. Mentioned to the lady, she took the bag back and the young man brought the orders back. We checked, and the boxes had part of one order in the wrong boxes. The entire process took a very long time. If I had known this would be the situation I wouldn't have ordered from the app. Food was good though."

"Disappointed with my order.. I got a Crunchwrap combo and subbed the meat for potatoes. Half my Crunchwrap is empty and my taco was inside out with the toppings in the wrapper with the shell on the side. I know it’s fast food but come on this is just bad service."
