"Dear In-N-Out Management, I hope this message finds you well, although my recent visit to your establishment has left me less than satisfied. Allow me to share the series of unfortunate events that transpired during what was supposed to be a routine visit to your restaurant: Lost in Translation: A worker, who happened to be expecting, found it amusing to mock my English proficiency. It's disheartening that in a diverse society, such behavior is tolerated, especially from someone who, I assume, values customer satisfaction. The Mysterious Disappearing Drink: In what can only be described as a magical act, a drink that was supposed to accompany my combo mysteriously vanished into thin air. Perhaps it joined the worker in the disappearing act. Charged for the Invisible Drink: To add a touch of irony to the situation, I was charged for a drink I never received. The cashier's insistence that the drink had already been handed to me left me questioning the existence of an alternate reality where my drink was happily sipping itself. Cocoa Catastrophe: Your promise of free hot cocoa for kids on rainy days was the main reason for my unplanned visit. However, the cocoa experience was akin to a tragicomedy—watered down to the point where it lost all resemblance to its cocoa origins. My kids, usually excited for this treat, were left utterly disappointed. The Case of the Missing Receipt: When I requested a receipt for my initial order (the one missing the phantom drink), I was met with resistance. The disappearing act continued as the staff conveniently provided only the second receipt, where an extra charge for said phantom drink was documented. Communication regarding the situation was as absent as the receipt itself. Discrimination, the Uninvited Guest: The culmination of these events has left me feeling not only dissatisfied but also wondering if my experience was marred by a subtle form of discrimination. It's disheartening to think that a mere language barrier led to such a dismal dining experience. In conclusion, my visit to In-N-Out was not just a meal; it was a theatrical production of errors, an unintended comedy that left me questioning the integrity of your service. I trust that this feedback, although laced with a touch of humor, conveys the genuine frustration I experienced during my time at your establishment. I sincerely hope you take these observations to heart and implement measures to ensure a more inclusive and customer-centric environment at In-N-Out. After all, laughter is good for the soul, but not when it comes at the expense of your patrons' satisfaction."

"We love In-N-Out our tastes have changed over the years. But we get what we like, double double protein style. I skip the fires, I love them but have to stay away from fried foods. Okay, I still sneak them sometimes. Don't tell my doctor or Mrs. P. Then I mix Diet Coke and Dr Pepper to drink. Our standard order. Always excellent."

"It's always busy here - for good reason! Best burgers you can get! Love love love this place. Prices are still great when most other fast food places would charge so much more."

"Restaurant was filthy it was 12:30 am so closing soon but trash completely full overflowing and food was so so. More and more with other coming up I’m craving INOB less and less sadly. Living in Texas now, we have them too so less novelty as well sadly. I won’t speak on the food as we all know the food, except had to return the fries because we had what looked like bowl of snipets all the ends not whole complete length fries and they were cold/old oddly. They gave fresh new without complaint but shocked none the less. This place is in need of a deep clean."

"While on a quick business trip in Cali, we decided to stop by for some in N out. Honestly after a long flight and landing around 10:30 Cali time I wasn’t to impressed. :( I felt like the burger wasn’t the greatest for me. I’ve had better. The customer service was great! Staff was friendly and inside it’s super cute as any other in N out."
