"I went last night and will never be back. I ordered the Yankee pot roast. It was room temperature when served. Meat was gristly and just nasty. It reminded me of my dog's canned food. I was hungry so I ate 5 forkfuls, until I couldn't make myself do it anymore. It was unbelievably gross. To make matters worse, I've been ill all day today, with nausea and diarrhea. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the pot roast. Maybe other items are okay. I'll never know. It was a terrible waste of $20. Service was friendly. The food I had was just nasty. I honestly don't know how this place has so many positive reviews!"

"Such a fabulous restaurant with a good ambiance inside or their covered patio. We came for thanksgiving dinner and we got amazing Turkey, delicious stuffing, creamed corn, corn bread, cranberry sauce and I opted to swap my mashed potatoes for French fries. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The food did take some time but it was worth it, finished everything with a decadent chocolate cake.. so yum!"

"First time at Hof’s Hut. Got there around 7:45 AM and got in right before it got busy. The waitress was exceptional and our order was served quickly! Food was delicious and I liked that they leave the coffee carafe at the table. They have a ton of desserts. Don’t miss out on them."

"This place has a lot of character and charm but the food is incredible. I had to stop by for an old-fashioned chocolate cream pie a cup of coffee. They have a traditional counter that you could sit at the place and you can tell that it fills up pretty regularly. Menu is huge and I recommend trying almost everything here. There's a wine and beer selection but the appetizers of you when I'm coming back for!"
