"Visited the location recently and it was a mess, rude and hurried staff. Mess all in the food counter and the guac was a dark brown and the staff was still serving it BARFFFF!. Please do better."

"The messiest Chipotle's ever! Stood at the service counter to order, and saw food splattered around several places. Also, the salad greens were not clean. Brown pieces were quite visible. When I inquired as to why it was so messy, the young lady asked "what do you mean?" My husband and I just walked out. We could see her attempting to wipe down the service area through the window from our car. Never going back."

"One of the messiest restaurant I've been to. Foods that you're not purchasing are touching each other and gets in your plate. Just disgusting. Everything touching. Even when they are wiping the counter, the dirty rag is pushing the food back in the tray. I won't be purchasing from this location ever again. Disgusting"

"As I wait to place my order, I watched as the manager was calling out for the employees to come up front to assist with customers. Just to see two employees emerge from the back only one employee had supplies. They did wash their hands before processing to help customers. But they did it with such an attitude "I don't care that you're waiting" and lack of customer service. Then manager went outside to talk to an employee that was in her car. I ordered my food, just for the rice to taste like it was drenched in salt. What experience I understand about short staffing BUT DAM! I will not go back to Chipotle."

"NOT RECOMMENDED! AVOID!! I came to this Chipotle Mexican Grill at 3421 W Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90303 to eat lunch. I ordered Pollo Asado Salad with steak/chicken and guacamole. The beef and chickens were extremely salty and overcooked/burned! Very dangerous and unhealthy food, specially for kids! The beef was the cheapest lowest quality full of hard fat tissues. It was extremely salted and overcooked. So horrible and disgusting! The guacamole and beens were also very salty! As I was picking up the plastic utensils, I realized that all of them were forks (no knifes nor spoons), very weird. I wonder why? See pictures. The amount of salt and the way the chickens and beef are cooked at this place raise the question, "how can FDA and health authorities in US, CA, allow a restaurant serve such a unhealthy extremely salty burned food to people, specially to kids"? That's insane! Very disappointed! Total score: NOT RECOMMANDED! AVOID!! Here are some pictures I took."
