"Every time I come here nothing is ready. They tell me the wait time is 7-10 minutes and still waiting 30 minutes later. I thought the whole point of this place being “hot and ready” was to come in, grab and go. I understand when it’s busy but there has been numerous times that I’m the only one in. I am all for a relaxed and chill work environment, however these workers have zero sense of urgency or respect for the customer. Many times they are just chatting in the back. But I guess you get what you pay for."
"I was thinking of giving them a 4 star due to the long wait time, but what can one expect when they're so busy. It's an alright place, just don't go here if you're in a hurry. Best would be to call and make the order from home, then go pick it up."
