Pizza Hut

"Did a takeout pizza, when I got home pizza was not the crust ordered. When I called to report the error, person indicated they would issue a credit and email my receipt. Neither ever came. A call back, several days later, resulted in the person said nothing was refunded or credited, and she could not issue the requested credit. Told me to call back after 6 to speak to a manager. Horrible, expensive, pizza and even worse customer service."

"I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it arrived quickly, hot and tasty. I am nearby but that does not necessarily mean good service and good food as Grubhub continues to prove. I'll give credit where credit is due...thanks Pizza Hut."

"They drop the ball I ordered pizza from two different locations your Figueroa location large 3 topping pepperoni sausage and mushrooms and your Crenshaw order the special two pizzas for the $11.99 hand toss pepperoni and bell peppers and pepperoni and sausage all we're good except for one the pepperoni and bell peppers look like it was in too long or maybe it was someone else's order it was dry and half burnt it wasn't hot the pepperoni and sausage was hot and fine so we didn't understand why we got one Pizza Hot and the other one wasn't we were too tired to come back and complain and bring the pizza back so we were displeased with that call over to a friend's house to make sure that they're pizza was fine that they picked up from the other location they said it was so we didn't b have to be bothered with that Pizza ! Pizza Hut!!! please do better next time don't have me pick up one hot pizza and another one dry and half burnt I'm starting to not like this location sometimes this is not the first time that this is happen I like to patronize my local stores not complain but if it continues to happen I would just have to go down the street to (Papa John's )which is a stop before yours please do better thank you!!!"

"When did the chicken and Cinnabon come in micro size? The micro chicken was only enough to fill 1/32 the container. It came dry the garlic parmesan (barely any sauce and it was watery), over cooked (hard as "fudge"). The Cinnabon mini rolls look round and plump in the photo... mine look unter cooked, flat and drowning in frosting to cover it up."
