"The worst service ever. I had an appointment for 9 am and I was just willing to change the engine oil. The easiest procedure I think. It took them 15 minutes to check all the scratches on the car and I was told to wait an hour for service. Gooood. For the first 30 minutes, I was watching through the window that no one worked with the car. Gooood. So I decided to do some shopping inside Walmart. One hour later, the worker arrived and said that I was declined in service. The reason - they can't plug off the oil filter. Moreover, the worker gave me advice to get back the service where I had changed oil before. Seriously? Excellent advice, for instance, if I've just bought a car or moved from another state. As a result, time is wasted, the mood is ruined, and the problem isn't solved. P.s. The second car was there at the same time as mine didn't succeed in service as well."
"Straight trash spot. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. The only guy “working” there doesn’t tend to me even though I’m the only car. When I finally ask if I can get an oil change, he directs me to multiple places. I am asking him where to park and he yells “OVER THERE” with his hand signaling where I’m already parked. At this point I’m so furious I just drive away because if this is how they’re gonna treat me before I even get the oil change, I don’t even wanna what he was gonna do to my car. Save your time and go somewhere else. Waste of 20 minutes driving here for me"
"Negative review's are 100 percent correct. This place is pure trash and so are the "employees" go to a REAL tire shop. I'm glad I left this place, it looks like I Dodged a bullet."
"I would give --⭐️, if had the option. I went for an oil change, head tech was in war mood with customers, he did not answer my questions about services instead was pointing his five fingers to say ,, 5 hours waiting tome, He put wrong information about pre service car condition( dents & scratches) He was honking horn very loudly to say a lady not to park on service lane, finally that lady got out of control, started screaming and shouting at tech guy and eventually broke his check out computer while leaving & shouting to each other.... Yes I got my keys back, I will never& talked to a manager inside store. It looked like he could do nothing about it... I will never go there"
"I decided to try to replace the engine oil for the first time in a service car center in Walmart. It was a big mistake! I arrived to them at 8.15. they told me the work would take 1 hour. All this time I was watching through the window. As soon as I got my hands on the 8.30 service agreement, I started waiting. My car was just put inside the shop and started receiving another car that arrived after me. OK. No problem, I thought. it took the technician another 15 minutes. Then he opened the hood of my car and that was it. He just started doing a car that came after me. Hi started looking for windshield wipers, air filters and something else in the department of automotive products for another car. I asked their manager why they didn't start working with my car. To which he showed me through the window the open hood of my car and said that my car was already working. But I see that this is not so!!! As a result, after an hour of waiting at 9.20, my patience ran out and I again approached the manager and informed him that his technician still had not started working with my car. The manager began to discuss with me that this is not the case and i need to wait. then I said that I wanted to do the cancellation of this work. then the manager went to the shop and told the technician about it. I expected that the manager would instruct the technician to prioritize my car in the service queue, but no. The technician just closed the hood of my car and kicked him out of the shop, which confirmed that work with my car did not even begin after an hour of waiting!! Then I told the manager that my words were confirmed by the actions of the technician. he started telling me and threatening me that I was no longer a customer and that I had to leave this place immediately since it was only for customers!!! And he said that he had remember me in and that I would no longer be able to be serviced by them, which made me laugh, since I had never been serviced by them before and was never going to do it in the future. I also demanded to delete all my personal information from their customer base, but they said that this was impossible and that it would always be stored with them (I will clarify the legality of such a refusal). Then they started to drive me away again because I am no longer a customer of shop! Disgusting service with unprofessional staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!"
