America's Tire 7645 Walerga Road, Antelope, CA 95843

"Made an appointment on 3-12-2024 for 11:30 am the following day to have my tires rotated and balanced. After showing up around 11:25 the next day waited almost and hour for them to pull my car into the shop. What's the point of making an appointment? Shortly after I approached the employee asking if they could make sure my hubcaps were put back on flush with my valve stems just in case I needed to put air in between services. At this point the employee asked if I knew I only had three of four lug nuts on the front driver side tire. Shocked I informed the worker that I'd had that same shop service my tires the previous instance on May 8th 2023 and that my hubcaps would have prevented any of the lug nuts possibly vibrating off so whoever worked on it previously completely forgot one of the four lug nuts which seems extremely dangerous having driven on it for almost a whole year. Manager basically said there was nothing he could do since it happened so far out and that 3/4 lug nuts wasn't that dangerous but if 2 were missing that'd of been a problem. At least he offered to put a new lug nut on that particular wheel. I'm not the most knowledgeable about tires but all research online contradicts his statement. Luckily for me everything worked out ok THIS TIME.. Just be very careful and I'd recommend looking over your vehicle before you leave."

"Im absolutely glad I stopped into this America's Tire location. The helpful staff was speedy, knowledgeable, and concise with the timing estimates. I work in construction, and having screws and nails in all of my tires is extremely dangerous. Now, thanks to them, im driving safely again. "I'm from out of town and needed air in my rental car's back tire (gas station on the corner charged me $2 and then pump was broken!). Jibiri came out to put air in my tires and was very helpful and kind! I ended up coming back the next day and received the same wonderful service from another employee. Well, on the 3rd day I had them do a tire repair (because I didn't take the coverage when I rented the car lol). Everyone from the person at the desk and the people that repaired the tire were awesome! Very kind and professional! Service was fast as well! I would highly recommend this place!!"

"America’s tire is probably the best customer service I ever had. When I first walked in, I was greeted and told that they will be with me shortly. As I was waiting, I was greeted by every employee that walked by. I had an appointment for 9am and they saw me promptly. Judd was the excellent employee who walked me through the process and definitely made me feel like I was being taken care of. He was reassuring, informative, and easy to talk to. I normally go to the dealership for my car needs but I will never go anywhere else other than America’s tire starting now for my tire needs.I highly recommend this business and this location. I was highly impressed."

"I have been going to America's Tire locations and had always great services. My Mustang needed special tires and the web site showed that it would take few days to have it after ordering. I ordered online and made the booking there. This was convenient. They called me soon after the tire was available, and I could come in anytime. I came at my scheduled time and was attended right away. I waited in the lobby which had free Wi-Fi' and watched the car worked on through glass wall. They got it done very quickly. The service was quick and pleasant. It was a very professional place."
