"My kids' upstairs bath is leaking down to the garage ceiling. Another company gave us a bid of $10k to rip this out and put in a new shower. Mark came out and instantly spotted an issue with the overflow and recommended looking at the gasket. He told me how to fix it. He said look at that then call him back. Sure enough the gasket was dried out and crumbling. This was obviously the cause of the leak. I bought a new gasket for $3.40 at Home Depot. Problem fixed. Mark is an honest guy and I will use him in all future projects. He could have charged me a bunch to fix this, but he took the time to show me how to save money. Thank you so much Mark!"
