"2nd visit and again completely satisfied. Brought my car there end of day on a Friday afternoon. John knew the minute we started my car the problem was backfiring. He confirmed that with s scanner. Per his recommendation, I left my car there and they drove me home. They had my car finished on Monday which blew my mind thinking they probably had jobs booked full for that day. Additionally they told me it would be ready at 3. By around 2:30 Julio called to say it would actually be 3:30. GREAT FOLLOW UP. Not many shops call to advise of a 30 minute delay...greatly appreciated."

"Julio the manager was very helpful from the very beginning and it gave me the confidence that this was the right place to have our vehicle repaired. The communications throughout the whole process was very good. Even being informed that our vehicle needed additional repairs due to being missed by inspections previously by the dealership did not give us any reason to hesitate to get the repairs done. And that was a good choice since we were provided with pictures of the additional repairs that needed to be performed. The management and the technicians were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their vehicles fixed properly and at a lower price than the dealership."

"My experience with Aero Auto Repair San Carlos was GREAT! If I can give this shop a 10 star review I would. My husband came out to San Diego from LA for a business meeting and our BMW was having radiator issues upon arrival. Julio was very helpful and he did all he can to help me. Julio and his team are A-Star top notch and they know what they are doing. Tou was the machanic that worked on my car and its currently running great. The whole experience was smooth especially being a few hours away. I highly recommend this shop!"

"Okay, I had a huge other review written out. But I am editing it because I have gotten other views. But I’d just like to say that I didn’t have the best customer service experience in my recent visit. Was quoted $82 for my oil change. Came in and was told it’s gonna be $140. They did lower it to $128 but an almost $50 difference is still crazy. And they could only say “Sorry I was multitasking.” There’s a lot more backstory on this but my car had some bad problems out of no where after dropping off. Was told to leave my car there and pay $200 for the inspection. I’m a college student so money is really tight so I said no. The guy said back “just leave your car at home and come back when you have the money.” The guy did give me a couple estimates on what prices could be given what the inspection could have shown. Well I have my mechanic friend take a look and in pretty much 15 minutes he found the most likely problem which is apparently an easy fix. Just not the biggest fan of this service. This is not an exact representation of their customer service as it’s usually been great customer service (I have been a customer with this location as San Carlos Auto and Aero Auto Repair for 4 years almost. And so has my family until recently) Sierra used to be amazing and super helpful, sad she isn’t there anymore. I am thankful that they did go and lower the total price, but still annoyed at the huge difference."

"Amazing customer service! I will take all my vehicles here now, as a female it’s difficult to find an honest repair shop, these guys and gal made me feel confident in their pricing and work. Thank you! Jon and Julio were amazing and Jenn who checked me on was thorough with pricing and service. I’m adding to my review after reading the negative comments… I’d love to see these people find a repair shop or oil change place they didn’t have to wait in this day and time… or somewhere they could even get their vehicle into within a month. I have several vehicles in different states and it’s impossible to get work done unless you know someone because of COVID and no one wanting to work!!! These guys were amazing oh and they showed up for work!!!"
