"I love Dutch Bros, and have been drinking drinks from there for years, but this one on Orchard Loop never gets my order right. All the other DB always get it exactly right, but not here. Example, my sugar free drink was not sugar free, my cinnamon spice tea, was not spice tea, it was just regular tea bags, and the 911 my boyfriend ordered, did not taste like the ones we get at the other DB. The staff is friendly and service is fast, but once you pull away and taste your drink, that's where the good service ends. We now drive miles out of our way to get our drinks."

"Great little spot on Orchid loop. They get us in and out within 10 which is amazing ! The employees seems like they genuinely love what they do. I also love the fact that if you go there multiple times a week they start to know your order and great you sincerely. Great place to visit if you need some caffeine or a cup of water."

"I got a Large green tea with oat milk and honey no water and I heard the lady inside tell another employee that I ordered a large but they originally made a medium. The employee poured the medium into a large cup and gave it to me. Meaning i didn’t get what i paid for. Aside from that pour service. The drive thru employee that took my order was really sweet and polite."

"The workers here are top notch. Very friendly and all around just a great vibe. Don't let the long line fool you. It MOVES QUICK. Be mindful of the employees and their time. They will do their best to get to you. Allow them a little grace in getting orders complete for the people in front of you."
