"I bought my Jeep a year ago when this place was Bob Baker Jeep. 2 months later AutoNation took over but they ensured AutoNation would cover all warranties. Anyway, my trunk door became miss aligned and it looses power to shut if when left open for longer periods of time. I went there this week to find out they will deny all warranty on it because they claim that someone “tampered” with one of the bolts on the door. Ive never noticed it nor did I tamper with it. It’s sad how this company will do everything to try and get you to buy the extended warranty and then come up with excuses on not to cover the warranty. I asked Jeep to have a manager call me but nobody has. Stay away from this company! I wish it was still Bob Baker."

"I had an appointment for a simple oil change at 11. I get there and was told the technicians were going to lunch. Ok fine, everyone needs to eat. 3 HOURS later I finally got serviced and was kept waiting another hour afterward. Yep, I was left waiting 4 hours for them to do a 30 minute job. Why have that time slot open if you know the techs are going to lunch and the customer will be waiting at least an hour from the getgo? Extremely unprofessional. Don't bother making an appointment. They won't honor it anyway. If you need an oil change or anything else, I suggest you cancel any other plans you have and devote an entire day to waiting at the dealership. Also, when I arrived, the intake bay was filled with cars and had no organization whatsoever. I was extremely confused on where to park. Next time I need an oil change I'm going to Jiffy Lube."

"Recently bought a 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee, 30 days later the driver side headlight went out, and the dealer is saying it’s “wear and tear”. How do you sell a product and blame it’s wear and tear 30 days after? Clearly this place doesn’t back its own product. If your military I highly suggest staying away from this place, they’re no different than targeting someone with a paycheck."
