"I have a business with a fleet of vehicles. I started bringing my vehicles here and I noted they were really fast and friendly. I told them that I need copies of inspections for every vehicle for liability purposes since I have employees drive them. I made extra sure I stressed the importance of the inspections. One of my employees told me he heard a noise from his vehicle 3 weeks after bringing it here. I checked and found a destroyed rear rotor. Further inspection found the pads were completely worn away and therefore damaged the rotor as well. There was no mechanical fault or other damage (I am an ex-mechanic myself). I checked the inspections and it said the brake pads were 5mm thick and were checked off as good (see photos). It is obvious the inspection was falsified and never done. I now can no longer trust any other inspection or return to this place because they have no integrity. Also, I called and asked if they were going to do anything about it and they never called back."
