"An employee named Todd provided the best customer service ever! First he made sure I had the correct windshield wipers and then he installed them for me. I never would have been able to do it myself because the old blades were really stuck on hard. So thankful for his help! It was my first visit to Auto Zone but with customer service like that, it won’t be my last."

"Bought gold battery 2019 expecting longer life for the higher priced cost for the battery. This is how counter guy handles the situation he looked at my battery without a test tells me I need new battery with out a testing.l ask him to test he refused and said it would blow up their tester. I am a journeyman Mechanic and know when somebody is to lazy to work but yet tries to up sale me before tested. Shame I took over to competition charged up fine and is holding charge. I have been customer of this store for over 15yrs never have seen this guy on counter before. Shame they wont stand behind gold line or help service it. Will be taking my battery business elsewhere."
