I spoke with one of their "parts pros" and was told the part I needed was a special order and that it would be an extra $9.00 for shipping and it's still gonna take 5 days. This is for ab engine coolant temperature sensor... Maybe 2oz in weight..... The part arrives.... Wrong part... I in turn have to school them with the rite part number that I needed to look up on line.. They had the part in stock and still charged me $9.00 MORE! No refund for shipping nothing.. Their mistake but I gotta pay for it... I will not be returning."
