"I am very disappointed in the level of service. By Axis Appliance Repair. When the technician arrived he said they did not send him another person to help him and asked me to help him lift the microwave/oven combo unit out onto the floor. I agreed because I felt bad. Upon scheduling the return visit to install the power panel. They asked me again if I could help the technician take the oven out of the wall. This time I refused. They had to reschedule two weeks later to come out with the proper equipment to pull the unit out of the wall. After the part was installed on my microwave it still did not work properly. The technician wrote in the report that there was physical damage and the door hinges were bent. This unit is 20 years old and has never had any issues. This unit had no signs physical of damage and blamed the customer was at fault and said I was complaining. This repair went through a home warranty program. See these pictures and tell me if you see any physical damage"

"I thought Timur gave great customer service, but he said he didn’t find any leaks and still my washer leaks water from the bottom of the washer. I ask him to replace the new parts and he didn’t left me still with old parts again. Not good customer service."

"I had them come out to replace a pump in my dishwasher. Waited three weeks for the pump, pump finally got repaired however, the technician obviously did not check his work before he left, because he did not screw the dishwasher and brackets in place back under the counter so the dishwasher kept falling out. Not only did he not screw it back in he lost a bracket ! Texted them and called them and got the runaround. It has been over a month and the technician does not want to come out and fix it and now my dishwasher does not dry my dishes anymore. I will never recommend this company or use them again. I complaint has been sent to the Better Business Bureau. This is the worst appliance repair shop I have ever used. If I could give them a zero star I would."
