"Called to confirm shipping before I ordered. Paid for overnight (Wednesday). Called on Thursday because I didn't see a shipping confirmation. Customer service told me to wait a day for overnight delivery. What? Said it would be here Friday. On Friday I got a shipping confirmation for a MONDAY delivery. They were apologetic and claim they'll return my "overnight" shipping charge. But I won't use them again. They dropped the ball even after I followed up with them. At least Customer service was good. But everything else was unacceptable. 1 star is for the Customer service."

"I have a 2019 Ram 1500 classic with the 5.7 . The site says they don’t have a CAI Kit for my truck (but the Ram was unchanged for about 10 yrs) so I went to the year before and ordered that kit for the 2018 Ram . It showed up fast !!! Like a day before it was supposed to arrive !! I have been using Spectre for years on my vehicles . This new kit has a lot nicer clamps and couplers than the high dollar kits at half the price . EASY ! The fitment was a lot easier than building a box , and yanking our all your factory box parts . It utilizes the factory’s box and clamps . Install took maybe an hr , really simple . Drove my truck to work and could hear and feel the difference this kit makes ! Very happy I decided to go with Spectre instead of the big named kits . Muffler delete will be in today , and this kit will help me wake up that HEMI !!!!!"
