"I obtained a part from these guys by placing an order from Rockauto. The box I received had the correct manufacturer name and part number on it but the contents were a compatible part from a DIFFERENT manufacturer which I did not want. Pretty deceitful; they should have contacted me first to ask me if I wanted to substitute my part, and I would have said NO. I was told I would be reimbursed if I shipped it back, but I would NOT be reimbursed the $40 shipping charge. UNETHICAL. By the way, the part I ordered was easily available elsewherre."
