"So I keep on getting the run-around about a piece that I bought for a tune-up. I purchased 8 spark plugs and a six pack of coils and two separate. The manager told me to come back and pick up the coil. So I was finally able to have time in my schedule being that I have a job. I go up there today, mind you this is my third attempt to get merchandise that I have already paid for . So I'm wondering why I'm being treated like I'm trying to get over on somebody. Another employee told me to come back in the morning to speak to not the assistant, the manager I'm sorry the store manager to receive a part that you pay for. At this point I feel like for me to have to come up here 4 times is an inconvenience to me being a loyal customer. I feel like I should be compensated with some type of discount being that I paid for the merchandise already. So tomorrow I will be coming up there in the morning to see if I will be inconvenience yet again I will bring all the merchandise that I purchased and the receipt since its been made very apparent that im liying. I feel like I can never get a head without someone using colorism to dictate my character as a human being. But "Its above me" So ill be there in the morning to see if im proved wrong and not judged by what type of customer service I get base on how I look. After this I feel like I cant shop at AutoZone anymore even with a receipt."
