"Save your energy and go to another dealer for parts department. Long story short: I have made multiple attempts to order parts at this dealership, but they manage to make it an exhausting experience every-time. First time insinuating that I was using an auto shop for the discount, even though the auto shop had placed the orders for my car as they were repairing it. I was very offended by the way Tino was speaking to us, made eye rolling faces as him and his coworker went to the back rooms. It was very uncomfortable as they kept interrogating and insinuating we were using unauthorized wholesale accounts and did not let me purchase the parts, hence delaying the auto shop from completing the job on time. Another time I tried to order a part through online retail. I called to confirm, and Tino said he received the order but even with the diagnostics code from another dealer, kept insisting they run the coding to make sure I didn’t order the wrong part. Even after confirming the car code, he insisted that I needed to get a diagnostics from their dealer and pay them to make sure that I was ordering the correct part and kept saying my diagnostics could be wrong. I’ve been a lexus client for almost ten years and it’s never been this difficult to order repair parts at any other dealer. Their protocols of interrogating you make it so difficult to purchase anything to repair your car. I canceled my order and called the Ontario Crown Lexus Dealer, they price matched, placed my order the same day, and I was able to pick up the next day. No problems, always very professional and super polite."
