"My 2013 Jaguar XJL Portfolio was a Special Order car with all options offered by JLR. Recently, I hit a huge pothole and destroyed my front Kasuga Polished wheel along with my almost-new Continental tire. I ordered one from OriginalWheel that was stated "As New" but the wheel was sold before I could order it...my fault for thinking I could save a few bucks. OriginalWheel's associate, Kevin, reached back to let me know he would find me another and he went out of his way to do so. Kevin went on to say the wheel he located was "B" Rated one with minor surface scratches. He sent me 10 photos, assured me that my satisfaction would be honored. I am proud to say the wheel I received was almost as new. Kevin clearly overstated the minor scratches which is unusual as most people would have understated such. The wheel is quite beautiful...even the tiny scratches he showed me were almost imperceptible. Hat's off to OriginalWheels and Kevin. I highly recommend this company...having operated an award-winning automotive service company for 50 years, I know a bit about customer service."

"I had a bent rim from driving in the snow with low tire pressure. Talked to the dealer about a replacement rim, they wanted an arm and a leg for price and a month or more wait for the wheel. Found these guys online and was happy I did. Ordered the wheel on a Wednesday and it showed up on Friday. Wheel was in excellent shape. This place is bad a**, and I highly recommend."

"Currently resolving dispute with them on a issue with two wheels sent with two different colors offsets and falsely using the wrong product number for both. If things are resolved I will alter the review upon my satisfaction as a consumer. Details: -Wheels purchased in 12/16 and mounted 5/17 (this was the proposed timeline told to them as well -They never confirmed with pics the color of wheels, however HQ/displatch and sales had the pic of the wheels and color. They did not send me pics or anything they sent the wheels and charged my card. -Once received they looked fine, even with slight color issue it was ok until in May the dealer mounted them (winter to summer tires) they were different wheels all together. Diff offset according to dealer, color and need alignment and balance and much more. Cost me 544$ from the dealer to get all this done and 386$ for tires for the 480$ in wheels already spent. -Tried to resolve with them and amex with no result since their POLICY is your problem once you inspect and keep the delivery. -The customer service is pretty good and they try but their policies and management and leadership needs to be open to a discussion and not firm in black and white rules. -They need to have not ever sold me two different wheels, or QA it, you cant take money and then think there are no repercussions for a falsely advertising product, which could have been a simple miscommunication of your part, but instead you use a policy as a fall back to cover your tracks. -The proposed solution would be to find the right wheel which they do have most likely nor does anyone else. So I have proposed buying all my wheels back and then I will purchase from them and pay the difference as needed for matching 4 wheel set for my Lexus 200nx. -I hope they resolve this so I have 4 matching wheels. I will even pay the mounting and dismounting which is another policy they dont have any leeway on. If they just had a dialogue or bended a little then could have been resolved very easily. Now I have to make sure as a consumer everyone is aware of their poor business practices. Ultimately only an expert could tell the wheels were wrong (visual inspection would pass for everyday ppl non car certified techs), now I will have to rent a car for this swap or they will have to mail the wheels and then charge back and buy my other wheels including 2 they charged and two they have to buy.
